Family Yoga:
A fun practice that gets the entire family involved. Any age any number or combination. No experience needed.
Partner Yoga:
Created to except helpful energy from another being. No partner needed but welcomed. No mat experience required.
Kids Yoga:
A nurturing class full of exercises that create group connection and team effort. Story telling, yoga poses, songs and dance are incorporated. Suitable for ages 4-8years old.
Yoga Clinic:
An informative workshop style class that affords time to break down a posture, its alignment and physiology.
Meditation:
Guiding the mind toward a steady peaceful centered place.
Dance:
A combination of yoga attitude, deep breath work and free form movement. The goal is to allow the rhythm of the breath to create uninhibited motion. Often deep roots African, Cuban and Brazilian traditional dance is incorporated and led by live percussion.
