Welcome!
Shakti translates from Sanskrit to creative force toward consciousness. The studio provides support and guidance to tap creative energy.
We hold space for individuals to find their internal connection, as we collectively become joined to greater connections.
Breath is the primary focus. It is the breath that takes us to deep surrender and heightened awareness.
We then allow this raising of consciousness to move us toward physical freedom, mental clarity and spiritual awakening.
A few things you might want to know:
Most importantly: There is nowhere you need to be, other than here now and nothing you need to know before joining us. We simply ask that you be sensitive to others practicing around you and make an attempt to join us wholeheartedly with an open mind.
We look forward to sharing the healing journey and path toward internal awareness with you.
